We prefer a documentary-style approach — we follow the day as it unfolds rather than directing it. If needed, we guide you and provide assistance, but the goal is to keep your day yours and capture how it really felt.
We usually arrive in the area the day before the wedding. On the day, we come a bit earlier to get familiar with the location and meet the team.
We start by filming the bride and groom separately, focusing on the details. Before the ceremony we take about 10 minutes to set up cameras and microphones. During the ceremony we capture everything to make sure every important moment is kept.
Then we capture the welcome, interactions with guests, and group shots with family and close friends. If possible, we take a short 10–15 minute walk with the couple to get some beautiful shots. We also capture the wedding decor and the atmosphere of the day.
In the evening we capture all the key moments, including speeches. Around sunset we recommend a 15–20-minute walk for a special couple's shoot. Later we document events like the cake cutting, bouquet toss, and other traditions. Usually we need at least an hour in the evening to shoot enough footage of your party.
This is our typical schedule, but we always adjust to your plans. We're flexible with timing and transportation, so moving between locations is no problem.
During the whole ceremony and dinner we record sound from the DJ's console. We also use wireless microphones on the groom and the hosts during the ceremony. And of course, our cameras have additional microphones as backup.
We use a drone whenever possible to capture the venue. Sometimes during the ceremony, dances, or while taking a walk with you. All of our packages include drone footage, and we aim to capture many shots throughout the day.
Flights in the city, rainy weather, and venues with specific restrictions may prevent us from using the drone.
We carefully select the music for your wedding. Beforehand we ask you to fill out a form where you can share your music preferences. If you're not satisfied with the music we choose, feel free to suggest your own — we'll replace it.
If musicians perform at your wedding, we can record their audio and include it in the final video.
Yes. We can send you the raw footage via Google Drive once we've edited the full wedding film. There's an additional charge of 200€ for this — you'll need a strong internet connection to download 400–600 GB of data. The link is active for a month.
Alternatively, we can provide an SSD drive with all the video materials for 400€ and mail it to you.
Glad you're curious! To book, just let us know you're ready and we'll send over the contract. Once you review and sign it, we just need a 20% deposit to secure your date.
